With this Sri Lanka 5 day tour package we will visit Pinnawala, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Horton Plains / World’s End, Ella, Yala National Park, Galle, Kosgoda and Bentota. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, is an orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants. Kandy is located in a valley and in the middle of the center you will find a large lake with a small island in the middle. The city has a number of nice sights. Nuwara Eliya is known as the little England of Sri Lanka. This town was founded by a Briton during the British colonial period in the 19th century. It is often a lot cooler in Nuwara Eliya. Horton Plains is a beautiful region in southern Sri Lanka near Nuwara Eliya. Ella is a lovely town in the heart of Sri Lanka. A place known for its relaxed character and the many spectacular highlights in the area. Yala National Park. Located on a large lake. Yala National park is a beautiful park in southern Sri Lanka, it is one of the best places to spot wildlife. Galle is best known for the well-preserved Dutch fort, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Bentota is a coastal town in Sri Lanka.

Tour Details

Day 01

We pick you up from your hotel or Airport and we proceed to Pinnawala. En route we will stop and visit a Pineapple garden. After we visit the Pineapple garden we proceed to Pinnawala. In Pinnawala we will visit the Elephant Orphanage, we will see how all the Elephants proceed to the river where they take a bath. After our visit at the Elephant Orphanage we proceed to the Peradeniya Royal Botanical Garden. After our visit at the Botanical Garden we proceed to Kandy city. In Kandy we sightseeing the city and we will visit the Kandy view point, Batick and Silk factory, Kandy market, Kandy lake and the Temple of the Tooth. In the evening we will watch the Kandy dance performance. After the dance performance we proceed back to the hotel.

Day 02

After breakfast we proceed via the Ramboda pass to the Ramboda waterfalls. Ramboda Falls is 109 meters high and 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and 729th highest waterfall in the world. After our visit at the Ramboda waterfalls we proceed to Labookellie. In Labookellie we will visit the Damro tea factory / plantation. Damro possess over 5,000 hectares of lush tea plantations, spread across all major tea-growing regions in Sri Lanka, from the low lying valleys of Sabaragamuwa to the central hills at elevations exceeding 1,500 meters. After we visit the Damro tea factory we proceed to Nuwara Eliya. In Nuwara Eliya we sightseeing the city and we will visit the Gregory Lake. Lake Gregory, sometimes also called Gregory Lake or Gregory Reservoir, is a reservoir in heart of the tea country hill city, Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. Lake Gregory was constructed during the period of British Governor Sir William Gregory in 1873. After this visit we proceed and visit the Victoria Park. Victoria Park is a public park located in Nuwara Eliya, next to the Nuwara Eliya Post Office in Sri Lanka. After sightseeing Nuwara Eliya we proceed to the Hotel

Day 03

Early morning at approx. 05:00 AM we proceed to the Horton Plains / World’s End. Horton Plains is covered by beautiful grasslands, dense forests, impressive cliffs, waterfalls and misty lakes. One of the most famous places on the Horton Plain is World’s End. Here the plateau seems to end at once, creating a spectacular view of a beautiful valley of about 900 meters deep. After we visit the Horton Plains / World’s End we proceed to the Nanu Oya railway station. From the Nanu Oya railway station we take the train to Ella. In Ella we sightseeing the city and we will visit the Nine Arch Bridge and we climb the little Adams Peak. after climbing the little Adams Peak we proceed to the Hotel.

Day 04

After breakfast we proceed and we will visit the Ella waterfalls. After we visit the Ella waterfalls we proceed to Yala. At the Yala National Park we will start the afternoon wildlife safari. In the Yala National Park you can spot jackals, hornbills, sloth bears, crocodiles, Elephants, Leopards, monitor lizard and water buffalo. After the wildlife safari we proceed to our hotel in Tissamaharama.

Day 05

After breakfast we proceed via the highway to Galle. En-route to Galle we will visit the stick fisherman. In Galle we sightseeing the city and we will visit the old Dutch church, the museum, Galle fort. After our visit at Galle we proceed to Kosgoda. In Kosgoda we will visit the Turtle hatchery. After our visit at Kosgoda we proceed to Bentota. In Bentota we take the boat and start the boat trip on the Madu river. After the boat trip we proceed back to your hotel / Airport
