Bentota is a coastal town in Sri Lanka, located in the Galle District of the Southern Province. Galle is best known for the well-preserved Dutch fort, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. A visit to the fort is the highlight of Galle. Yala National Park. Located on a large lake. Yala National park is a beautiful park in southern Sri Lanka, it is one of the best places to spot wildlife. Ella is a lovely town in the heart of Sri Lanka. A place known for its relaxed character and the many spectacular highlights in the area. Kitulgala is a small village in western Sri Lanka, in the middle of the rainforest. Kitulgala is located on the Kelani River is one of the wettest places in Sri Lanka. Kitulgala is the perfect place to start a adventure.

Tour Details

Day 01

We pick you up from your hotel or Airport and we proceed to Bentota. In Bentota we take the boat and start the boat trip on the Madu river. After the boat trip we proceed to Kosgoda. In Kosgoda we will visit the Turtle hatchery. After our visit at Kosgoda we proceed to Galle. In Galle we sightseeing the city and we will visit the Galle fort, Dutch church, Museum. After our visit at Galle we proceed and visit the stick fisheman. After our visit at the stick fisherman we proceed via the highway to Tissamaharama. In Tissamaharama we proceed to the Hotel.

Day 02

Early morning at approx. 05:30 AM we proceed to the Yala National Park. At the Yala National Park we will start the wildlife safari. In the Yala National Park you can spot jackals, hornbills, sloth bears, crocodiles, Elephants, Leopards, monitor lizard and water buffalo. After the wildlife safari we proceed to Buduruwagala. Buduruwagala is an ancient buddhist temple in Sri Lanka. The complex consists of seven statues. After this visit we proceed and visit the Ella waterfalls. After our visit at the Ella waterfalls we proceed to Ella. In Ella we sightseeing the city and we will visit the Nine Arch Bridge and we climb the little Adams Peak. after climbing the little Adams Peak we proceed to the Hotel.

Day 03

After breakfast we proceed to the Ella railway station. From here we take the train to the Nanu Oya railway station (Nuwara Eliya). After the train journey we sightseeing Nuwara Eliya. After sightseeing we proceed to the Devon and St.Clair waterfalls. After we visit the waterfalls we proceed to Kitulgala. In Kitulgala you will experience White Water Rafting in the picturesque Kelani River, covering 5 major rapids and 4 minor rapids. Wildwater rafting is for anyone above the age of 10 years with safety gear, modern rafts, and a comprehensive safety briefing will be given by your white water rafting instructors beforehand. If you want to go for a relaxing, leisurely floating trip and you have small children who can’t get on the white water you can also start flat water rafting. In Kitulgala you can also do water fall abseiling. After this adventure we proceed back to your hotel / Airport.
